Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Buydure, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our toys, baby products, and other items. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped/dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at buydure@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return once you receive the item (see our Return & Exchange Policy).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch
  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe
  • A returned item has been received and approved (see Return & Exchange Policy)

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the product has been used or opened (except where required by law)
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at buydure@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or via bank transfer/cash, depending on how the order was paid).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items returned with visible use or missing original packaging
  • Orders with multiple items where only some are being returned
