Return & Exchange Policy

At Buydure, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not match its description on our website

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Opened baby feeding products (bottles, pacifiers, teethers, etc.)
  • Baby care items such as diapers, wipes, or skincare products once opened
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email us at buydure@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Attach photos of the product (especially if damaged or defective)
  3. Our team will review your request and share return instructions within 2–3 business days

Please do not send the product back without confirmation from our team.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for items that are damaged, defective, or the wrong size/variant was sent
  • If you'd like a different product (not a replacement of the same item), we recommend returning the original for a refund and placing a new order
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind (where applicable), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. You will be notified via email whether your return/exchange has been approved or rejected.
