  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to major cities and towns across Pakistan.
  • If your area is not covered by our delivery network, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.

3. Shipping Time

  • Within Lahore: 1–3 business days
  • Other cities across Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — any such promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

  • Buydure is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery if possible, or take photos immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • If COD is available, please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.
